The BodyMed® Far Infrared Heating Pad features a lower, safer voltage. This direct current (DC) heating pad is powered by 110 volt AC (alternating current) that is converted and reduced by an adaptor to 24 volt DC, eliminating EMF (electromagnetic field). The adaptor is certified by UL. Included is a digital controller with an auto shut-off, adjustable temperature (103°F–159°F (40°C–70°C)), and timer settings (0–240 minutes) plus a memory function. To use, position the pad directly over the affected area.
The pad should be placed so that the stones face the body. It is recommended to use a protective layer between yourself and the pad. One (1) far-infrared heating pad 23.5 in x 16 in.
