Customer is responsible for bringing the item inside the location. Inside Ground: Premium White Glove: Platinum We ask the shipping company to call ahead and notify all customers prior to delivery. However, we do provide tracking and carrier information and suggest you track and contact the carrier if you are not going to be available during certain times. If you have special requirements, i.e. delivery up/down stairs, elevators or any other special circumstances, please call us to ensure your needs are addressed prior to shipping. |
